Derby Confirm ‘Rams Remember’ Fixture for Early 2021
Rams Remember, a service launched by Derby County just over four years ago, gives supporters the chance to remember and celebrate the lives of friends, family and fellow supporters who have sadly passed away over the past couple of years.
As part of the club’s on-going relationship with preferred partner Wathall’s, the club’s annual ‘Rams Remember’ fixture will take place on Saturday 16th January 2021 when Rotherham United head to Pride Park Stadium (3pm kick-off).
On the day of the Rotherham fixture, the names of loved ones who have sadly passed away will appear during the RamsTV production.
Supporters should note that there is a limited capacity for names per fixture and a further ‘Rams Remember’ matchday will be confirmed for later in the 2020/21 season.
Wathall’s Managing Director Helen Wathall MBE is a lifelong Rams fan and the fifth generation of her family to run the funeral directors which has been serving local communities since 1858.
She said: “As Derby’s longest established funeral directors, we are proud to partner with DCFC and particularly to support the Rams Remember fixtures.
“This is an opportunity for fans to nominate and celebrate their loved ones who have sadly passed away in a very appropriate way.”
