Poem of the Month – November

In many countries around the world, this month is dedicated to remembering those who were lost at war, we also think it’s important to remember those who were left behind. Our November poem of the month was written by Vera Brittain in memory of her fiancé , Roland Aubrey Leighton, who was killed during World War One in 1915, at the age of 20. They had only been engaged for four months. Although this is a sad poem, we feel its rings so true with a lot of the emotions we feel while grieving.
