New Year’s Eve Grief

New Year’s Eve is often a time for reflecting over the events of the past year, and what a year it has been!

There’s a sense of finality around New Year’s Eve that can be difficult when you are grieving, whether this 31st December marks the start of your first year without them, or whether it marks another year since you last saw them, it can be tough. Please remember to make time to look after yourself and practice self-care during this time.
