We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our Grief Journey programme again this June. The dates are 7^th, 14^th, 21^st & 28^th, at The Cathedral Café Library from 1:30pm – 15:30pm. Pre booking is essential and places are filling up quickly.

For those of you who don’t know what the Grief Journey programme is, it is a free educational course aimed at helping someone who is grieving come to terms with grief and understand it better. The programme is led by experienced facilitators and topics such as Understanding Loss and Confronting Emotions are covered as well as preparing you to make positive adjustments for the future.
