What is Death Café

Part of the national Death Café network, it provides a supportive, café –style setting to discuss death,

dying and related issues. The aim is to increase awareness and to help people make the most of their (finite) lives.

What happens?

Tea, coffee and informal discussion

Each session lasts 1-2 hrs

No charge, no hidden agendas, no firm conclusions

Who should think about coming?

Anyone with a personal or professional interest in mortality

Meetings are open to and respectful of people of all communities and belief systems
