DCFC Memorial brick including ashes to be interred with family present

Made from dark grey Brazilian smooth slate, the memorial brick is engraved with a message of your choosing. The brick includes two lines of text with 17 characters on each line, please note this does include spaces. You do not need to use all the text capacity, if you would like a short message, our team of stonemasons will create a layout that best suits your wording.
If you would like the ashes of your loved one to be interred at the brick install, we will need to have these before the installation is due to take place. This is to ensure that everything is in order.
Once ordered, you will receive a layout to approve before we proceed with engraving the brick. Please ensure that your details are filled out correctly, so we can get in touch with you to get this approved.
We need permission off the person who holds the legal right to action an interment, this person may otherwise be known as the applicant. If you are not the applicant, we will need written consent from the applicant before we can proceed with your order. The date of install has many contributing factors, including how quickly you approve the layout and if we have the ashes and the correct permissions. We aim to have the brick installed within one month of the order being placed.
